Pure rubbish. Look at the CDC website and tell me how many deaths occured because of steroid use. Another website trying to frighten the public into believing something that is simply not true. I would like for the author to provide some sort of scientific evidence or recent valid study that verifies these side effects, especially delusions.

" Some athletes may use steroids because, for some people, it does have the desired effect, making them more powerful and more muscular, but at a great cost; athletes who have used it in the past now face not only health problems, but disgrace among their peers and their fans. Even in this quick look at steroid use, it’s apparent that it’s a choice not worth making."

I have been attempting to lose weight for months. Pills, diets, programs... nothing worked well! Towards the end I awakened to the fact that I had to change my eating habits and work out. I'm losing a lb a week by eating five hundred calories less than I burn each day :-)

Awesome post

There's nothing like being lean and healthy. In today's era of fastfood, we mustworkout occasionnaly and get rid off our unhealthy diet habits. It's not that hard. You only have to stick to a diet program and continue until you reach your goals.

Thanks for sharing this with your readers.

Our feet are always working to maintain us balanced and steady, even on the roughest terrain. Nevertheless, we have now restricted our feet by placing them into trainers and footwear that provide assist and correction in the best way we move our ft, making us use them in an unnatural way.

Good site. I at all times train hard at least 3 times a week and after a tough session your body needs the best quality protein to fix you for your next workout. I at all times go for lean protein as the best muscle building food, mostly chicken, turkey and fish. I as well consume scrambled egg whites for breakfast.I normally combine these meals with a complex carb as well as vegetables as well. I stay away from protein shakes since I see them as a waste of money, the body is intended to digest food and drinks lack the thermic affect of foods.
