Nothing processed, nothing with hydrogenated oils in it and NO soda! Muscle takes up less room than fat so don&#039;t think about the number on the scale either because muscle weighs more than fat. Michael Thurmond has a great program but a little too rigid for the average person. YOU ON A DIET is a great book to learn more about what you put into your body and what it does to you! Everything we eat affects our mental and physical state. Believe in yourself and tell yourself that your body is beautiful and you&#039;ll be fine. Cardio everyday and proper weight training is the way to tone and look great. You can do home workouts using bands if you don&#039;t have weights. Jumprope! If you don&#039;t have a safe place to walk or run! Be good to yourself! Be thankful you are healthy! Make a promise to yourself that you are going to make healthy choices!
