The workout releases stress and anxiety because as you lift the body releases endorphins that cause you to feel at ease and your mind focuses on the activity at hand. The stress of a long day at the office or from bills or whatever the case may be is gone. Another useful side effect of a good workout is causing the body to become fatigued thus causing you to have a great nights rest and replenish energy.
The American Heart Association has done research and found that over 250,000 deaths which comes out to 12% of deaths are attributed to lack of exercise and physical activity. Many people are unable to devote much time to physical activity because if the type of lifestyles they lead. Long hours at work are followed up by caring for children, cooking, cleaning, and second jobs for some.
